Job Description

Office administrators keep offices running smoothly by handling clerical tasks, managing communications, coordinating schedules, maintaining supplies, and overseeing general operations, acting as the central point for visitors, staff, and logistics, from answering phones and emails to organizing meetings, managing files, and sometimes assisting with bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Logistics:

Booking meeting rooms, managing calendars, arranging travel, and organizing office events.

Office Management:

Ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, overseeing facility maintenance, and ensuring a tidy workspace.

Record Keeping:

Organizing digital and physical files, updating databases, and maintaining internal records.

Administrative Support:

Preparing documents, presentations, taking minutes, and assisting with bookkeeping like invoicing.

Internal Liaison:

Communicating updates, supporting HR functions, and liaising with other departments.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
