Job Responsibilities:



Manage

day-to-day office operations

, including documentation and coordination with suppliers, logistics, and clients. Prepare and handle

import/export documents

, shipping schedules, and customs paperwork. Support in

basic accounting tasks

such as invoices, payments, and expense tracking. Communicate professionally in

English

via email, phone, and in-person. Maintain filing systems, company records, and ensure smooth office workflow. Assist management with administrative and operational support.

Requirements:



Female candidate only

Minimum

5 years of experience

in

office administration, logistics, or trading company

.

Fluent English

(spoken and written) is a must. Strong understanding of

documentation, shipping procedures, and basic accounting

. Proficient in

MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
