Respond to all client inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, emails) with excellent English communication skills and a helpful attitude.
Enter and manage RTA contracts accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with the support team to ensure smooth internal operations.
Manage bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups with clients.
Handle customer issues, complaints, or delays professionally and promptly.
Keep records organized and updated for vehicles, clients, and contracts.
Ensure high-level administrative support for the daily operations of the office.
Requirements:
Must have previous experience in hospitality
(hotel front desk, guest services, or similar customer-facing roles).
Fluent in English
with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Professional phone etiquette and a
clear, confident English accent
.
Familiar with RTA systems and documentation (or quick to learn).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work under pressure.
Good computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets).
Preferred:
Knowledge of car rental operations is a plus.
Arabic language skills are an advantage.
