Office Administrator cum receptionist Corvis Electronics L.L.C, Dubai Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator cum Receptionist to manage our office operations and ensure the smooth running of our daily activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks. Responsibilities: 1- Manage office operations and ensure the smooth running of daily activities. 2- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence and direct them to the appropriate person. 3- Scheduling PPM and report preparation. 4- Receiving complaint and hand over to concerned person. 5- Adhoc responsibility given by the management. Requirements: 1-Must have Admin UAE experience. 2- Must have Auto Cad Knowledge. 3- Should have excellent communication skills. 4- Hands on experience of Microsoft Excel and word. 5- Must be on Husbands Visa or dependent Visa sponsorship. Job Type: Full Time Education: Graduate from Any discipline Language: English Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
