Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced

Office Administrator

to be based in our

Head Office in Sharjah

. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in

construction/contracting administration

, with proven expertise in handling

project-related documentation, contracts, and office operations

. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth coordination between head office and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage all

project-related documentation, contracts, and records

in compliance with company standards. Oversee and guide

project document controllers

to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submissions. Maintain

organized filing systems

(electronic and physical) for contracts, correspondence, and project records. Handle overall

office administration

, ensuring efficient daily operations at the head office. Coordinate with

project teams and management

to support documentation and administrative requirements. Utilize

computer systems and software

to manage documentation and office-related tasks efficiently.

Requirements:



Minimum

5+ years of experience

in a similar role within the

construction/contracting industry

. Prior experience working in a

Head Office environment

as an Office Administrator. Strong knowledge of

document control, contracts, and project documentation processes

. Excellent

administrative, organizational, and multitasking

skills. Strong

English communication skills

(written & verbal). Proficiency in

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and emails)

and related documentation software/tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Bachelor's degree

in Business Administration, or a related field.
