About the role

Currently hiring for a Admin assistant based in Dubai f
Car and driving license mandatory.
As an Admin Assistant, you will work closely with the Executive Director and other senior management to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis.

Responsibilities include:
Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
Liaising with Clients and Partners where necessary
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
Organizing events and conferences.
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
Managing databases as well as ensuring Team members are organised
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
Organizing the manager\'s personal commitments .

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 5 years\' experience is required
Presentable and well spoken, English and Arabic mandatory
Strong communication and presentation skills
Well versed with Microsoft Office
Candidates with their own car will ONLY be considered
