We are urgently looking for fresh and dynamic Office Administrative Assistant to join our Sharjah office. SKILLS REQUIRED: PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE. Good Knowledge in TALLY is must for day to day activities.
Good Communication Skills
EXCELLENT COMPUTER SKILLS AND TYPING SPEED. JOB RESPONSIBITIES:
Handling Logistics
DOCUMENTATION CONTROL, FILING ETC. Prepare order entry form, quotations and co-ordinate after-sales service activities.
Telemarketing Skill
Efficient counter handling and communication with walk in clients.
DAILY REPORTING and coordinating of office activities.
Attend to Sales Inquiries
General administrative duties and data entry
Handling incoming calls and answer general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
