Job Summary: Looking for an Office Admin/ Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Manage office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Oversee administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Handle agendas, travel arrangements as well as appointments
  • Keep up office records including records of all office expenses
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence for example e-mail, letters, packages etc
  • Prepare and update records as well as databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Present timely reports and prepare presentations or proposals as assigned
  • Contribute to budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages as well as deliveries
  • Handle daily inquiry sheets in given forms or formats
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or its equivalent
  • Practical experience in the same field required
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Expertise in Ms Office suite with excellent typing skills
  • Should be organized and a good time manager
