Job Description

You will be working as a Secretary for the CEO - Business Planning & Development. He works on new projects in the Agriculture space. The major responsibilities are as follows:
  • Organize and attend high-level meetings, record meeting minutes and share with all attendees.
  • Handle inquiries and ensure effective coordination with other departments.
  • Coordinate business matters and project updates with internal parties.
  • Oversee emails, including private and confidential communication.
  • Maintains physical and electronic office filing systems for CEO.
The requirements are as follows:
  • Prior experience of 6 years\' as a Secretary or PA.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree.
  • Problem solving and trustworthy -organized and efficient, ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Computer literate (excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • ERP knowledge
