Job Summary: We are currently seeking a candidate to join our team as a Receptionist cum Admin in Dubai. This position requires a combination of exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As a Receptionist cum Admin, you will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations and providing administrative support to various departments.Job Responsibilities:
Receiving visitors as they arrive to front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them to appropriate staff member.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email in a professional manner.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Requirements and Classifications:
Must be fluent in English.
Proven work experience in UAE as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Hands-on experience with office equipment.
Organizing photographic equipment.
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Education:
Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
Office Admin: 2 years (Preferred)
