Office Admin Cum Personal Assistant (chinese & English Speaking)

Job Description

Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally in both Chinese and English. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination. Manage the boss's daily calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments. Arrange business and personal travel, accommodation, and logistics. Translate and interpret between Chinese and English when required. Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion Assist with personal errands, coordination, and follow-ups as required.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or executive assistance.

Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English

- written and spoken. Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). High level of professionalism, organization, and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
