Administrative Duties (Primary Role):
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, scanning, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Prepare, sort, and manage documentation for internal and external correspondence.
Support the procurement and operations departments with document tracking and coordination.
Manage courier requests and maintain a log of incoming/outgoing documents.
Ensure smooth flow of office paperwork between departments.
Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when needed.
Provide general support to the admin team and management as required.
Driving & Outdoor Support (Secondary Role):
Deliver and collect documents, materials, or cheques within company locations and to external parties.
Provide occasional transportation support to staff or guests.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean and maintained regularly.
Follow company policies and UAE traffic regulations.
Requirements:
Valid UAE Driving License.
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
Well-organized, trustworthy, and professional.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
