We are looking for a

detail-oriented Office Accountant

who understands

real estate accounting

, works confidently on

Tally

, and can manage day-to-day financial operations

independently

.

This role is not suitable for freshers or candidates without hands-on accounting experience in real estate

.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain

daily accounting entries in Tally

with zero errors Record real estate transactions including: Property sales & purchases Rental income Commissions Developer payments & operational expenses Manage

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Prepare and post: Vouchers Journal entries General ledger reconciliations Perform

bank & cash reconciliations

on a regular basis Track

project-wise costs and revenues

for real estate developments Ensure

timely invoicing

and strict follow-up on outstanding payments Assist in preparation of

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Prepare and file

VAT returns

and maintain VAT documentation Maintain complete and audit-ready accounting records Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and auditors Ensure compliance with

UAE accounting regulations

and company policies

Mandatory Requirements (Do NOT Apply If Missing)

Bachelor's degree in

Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Dubai

Prior experience in Real Estate / Property Development is REQUIRED

Strong hands-on experience with

Tally

Solid understanding of: Accounting principles Reconciliations Financial reporting Advanced working knowledge of:

Microsoft Excel

(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) Google Sheets Ability to work

independently

, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience with

project-based / developer accounting

Knowledge of

UAE VAT compliance

Exposure to

audits and statutory reporting

CPA certification or enrollment (added advantage)
