meticulous and reliable Office Accountant

to join our growing team in

Business Bay, Dubai

.
In this role, you'll manage the day-to-day financial operations that keep our business running smoothly ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in every transaction.

What You'll Do

Oversee

accounts payable and receivable

, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Handle

bank reconciliations

, company credit card transactions, and expense tracking. Process

bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll

with 100% accuracy. Prepare

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

. Maintain and reconcile

general ledger accounts

. Prepare and file

VAT and other relevant tax returns

. Support

year-end audits

and liaise with external auditors. Manage

expense reports

and

employee reimbursements

. Assist with

budgeting, forecasting

, and financial planning. Ensure compliance with

UAE accounting regulations

and company policies. Provide

administrative and operational support

to keep the office running efficiently.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in

Accounting, Finance

, or a related field. Minimum

2 years of accounting experience

, ideally in a

Real Estate Developer firm

. Strong command of

accounting software

,

Microsoft Excel

, and

Google Sheets

(VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, etc.). Solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and reporting. Sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

CPA certification or enrollment in a CPA program. Previous experience within

Dubai's real estate or property development

sector.
