Property Consultant

to join our dynamic real estate company.

About Us:

Palinoia Properties is a fast-growing real estate brokerage specializing in off-plan properties from top developers in the UAE. We are looking for motivated, professional, and target-driven Off-Plan Specialists to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers Manage leads, follow up effectively, and close deals Provide professional advice and up-to-date market information to clients Keep clients updated throughout the sales and handover process Maintain accurate CRM records and meet monthly sales targets Attend property exhibitions, events, and client meetings

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in off-plan real estate market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Arabic language is an advantage. Must be currently in the UAE and available to join immediately. Target-driven, motivated, and client-focused Knowledge of the UAE property market is a plus
