You will be responsible for promoting and selling off-plan properties to potential buyers, guiding them through the process from initial interest to final sale. Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research in the Business Bay area to identify potential buyers and analyse market trends for optimal pricing and positioning of off-plan properties. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Business Bay market, including the creation of compelling marketing materials and hosting events to showcase off-plan properties in this dynamic location. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers in Business Bay, providing them with detailed information about off-plan properties, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the entire sales process. Negotiation and Closing: Skilfully negotiate terms and conditions with potential buyers in the Business Bay area, ensuring a positive experience that leads to successful property sales. Facilitate the closing process and coordinate with relevant parties for a smooth transaction. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that all documentation related to off-plan property sales is accurate, complete, and in compliance with local regulatory requirements in Business Bay. Collaborate with legal and administrative teams as needed. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to potential buyers in Business Bay by promptly addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining open communication throughout the sales process. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and construction teams to stay informed about project developments and communicate key selling points to potential buyers in the Business Bay area. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven experience in off-plan property sales within the real estate industry, with a focus on the Business Bay market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities. Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations in Business Bay. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
