WE ARE HIRING!!! Urban Terrace Real Estate L.L.C. is hiring a Senior Property Consultant Mainly Off Plan Specialist Male & Female candidates to work in Dubai. The focus will be on direct sales in Dubai projects. The following is expected from potential candidates: - Requirements: -
- Must have Min 2 years prior experience in Dubai Market. Minimum 1-year experience of Off plan sales or secondary market in UAE Real Estate.
- Must Have a valid UAE driving license & car.
- Proven track records in sales.
- Remarkable presentation and communication skills, Fluent in English & other languages will be an added advantage.
- Strong Sales, Negotiation and convincing skills.
- Time management and punctuality.
- Target driven approach.
- Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
- Should possess good knowledge of Dubai Real Estate as well as RERA Rules and Regulations. Established network of industry contacts and property listings.
- Must be Self-motivated, goal-oriented and accountable.
- Must be able to start immediately.
- Must be Presentable, well groomed & well mannered.
- Daily fresh leads from Different sources.
- Inhouse Training Support.
- CRM Support.
- Employment Visa.
- Medical Insurance.
- Admin support.
- Competitive Commission Structure & added incentives.
- Salary- Up to 3000/- Dirhams.
