Pangea Properties is actively hiring qualified off-plan specialists to expand our primary market teams in Dubai. The position is open to all who fit the requirements below with immediate offers for those shortlisted after the first interview. Today our team consists of more than 15 full-time specialists proudly offering a diverse portfolio coupled with strategic investment advisory. A day in the life of an off-plan specialist requires:

• Calling potential leads or property owners
• Prospecting and outbound reach to potential clients
• Handling enquiries from prospective buyers and sellers
• Qualifying leads and buyers
• Conducting viewings
• Performing basic due diligence as per company policies
• Closing deals and meeting targets
• Analyzing and understanding market data and industry trends for presentation to clients
• Negotiating terms and contracts between two parties
• Attending developer launches or other industry related events
• Updating leads on a very supportive CRM
• Collaborating with colleagues and teammates for closure
• Weekly sales meetings and trainings with management

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year sales experience either direct or secondary sales in UAE (required)
• Driver's license (required)
• Bachelor's or Associate degree (preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent English (Additional language is a plus)
• Entrepreneurial drive
• Ability to make and maintain relationships in the market
• Reporting to management
• Effective time management
• Can work independently
• Able to work under pressure
• Have a strong desire to be successful and a hunger for financial gains
