An Off-Plan Property Consultant helps his or her clients purchase, rent, or sell properties. They advise clients about market conditions, conduct walkthroughs, and provide guidance and assistance through the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xab Provide guidance and assist tenants and buyers in Renting / purchasing property price under the best terms.
\xc2\xab Determine clients\' needs and financials abilities to propose right options for them.
\xc2\xab Scheduling Viewings and showing their clients the suitable property for them.
\xc2\xab Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
\xc2\xab Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
\xc2\xab Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
\xc2\xab Convince and follow up with his clients on daily Basis.
\xc2\xab Negotiate the best prices for rental and sales for his clients.

Qualifications

Sales experience Mandatory
Must be in UAE to attend a Face 2 Face interview, if shortlisted.
6 month or above of Real estate sales experience preferred.
UAE Driving License + CAR.
Proven track of successful sales record
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
