Who We're Looking For
A
hungry sales hunter
who is driven by money, competition, and winning deals.
You are not afraid of the phone, you don't wait for leads, and you know how to turn objections into opportunities. Your main mission is to book high-quality demo meetings and convert them into signed deals.
You will be part of a fast-moving sales team of outbound-focused closers working directly with decision-makers across the MENA market.
Key Responsibilities
Hunt for new clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
Make
40+ cold calls daily
and handle objections using proven sales techniques
Qualify leads and book demo meetings
Present Odoo and ERP solutions in a clear, business-focused way
Run initial demos and sell business value
Own deals from first contact to contract signature
Work with a large lead database and revive inactive prospects
Keep CRM and sales metrics up to date
What We Offer
Base salary +
uncapped commission (5-10% per deal)
Average deal size:
$20,000-$50,000
Remote work with the option to relocate to

Requirements
English at C1 level or higher (mandatory)
Second language: Arabic or Hindi at C1 level or higher (mandatory)
Experience selling ERP systems
-- Odoo is our core platform, but experience with other ERPs (Oracle, Sage, FirstBit, Acumatica, Infor, etc.) gives you a strong foundation to succeed in our startup
At least
2 years in B2B IT or software sales
Proven ability to
cold call, handle objections, go out to the decision maker
Understanding of business processes (finance, operations, logistics, HR)
Willingness to travel or relocate to Dubai
