Who We're Looking For

Hungry Sales Hunter

-- someone who lives for sales and fights for every deal. You know how to identify client pain points and sell solutions before they even realize they need them. You don't wait for leads -- you create them, and you turn inbound leads into gold.

Key Responsibilities



Aggressively hunt for new clients through all channels -- cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking Respond to inbound leads lightning-fast (within 5 minutes) Make 40+ cold calls daily to develop client base Schedule and conduct meetings with hot, warm, and cold prospects Present Odoo solutions in simple language, addressing client pain points Conduct initial demos and sell value, not features Own deals from first contact to contract signature Work with a database of 1000+ contacts and resurrect "dead" leads Maintain sales reporting and metrics in CRM

Requirements



Minimum 1 year of Odoo ERP sales experience

) Minimum 2 years in B2B IT solutions sales Odoo certification v17 or higher (

preferred

) Understanding of Odoo modules and business problem-solving Knowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN, BANT, Solution Selling) Proven track record closing deals worth $10k+ Cold calling skills and objection-handling expertise Understanding of business processes (finance, logistics, manufacturing, HR) Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Fluent English (Arabic is a major advantage) Bachelor's degree Willingness to travel for business and relocate to Dubai
