Odoo Project Manager

to join our team in

Dubai

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. If you're passionate about ERP systems, thrive in a dynamic environment, and meet the criteria below, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects from initiation to successful delivery. Act as the key point of contact between clients, developers, and internal teams to ensure effective collaboration. Analyze client business workflows and translate them into optimized, customized Odoo solutions. Monitor project progress to ensure milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are consistently met. Conduct user training sessions and provide continuous post-implementation support to drive system adoption. Prepare comprehensive project documentation and share regular progress and status reports with stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field Odoo Certification is a

plus

3-5 years of experience working with an official Odoo Partner Fluent in English (written and verbal) Hands-on experience with

Odoo.sh

Currently based in Dubai
