Odoo Project Manager

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. If you're passionate about ERP systems, thrive in a dynamic environment, and meet the criteria below, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects Act as the main point of contact between clients, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration Assess client business workflows and convert them into optimized Odoo solutions Monitor project progress to ensure milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are met Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation with consistent status updates

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field Odoo Certification is a

plus

3-5 years of experience working with an official Odoo Partner Fluent in English (written and verbal) Hands-on experience with

Odoo.sh

Currently based in Dubai
