to clients across multiple industries. We are looking for an experienced

Odoo Practice Lead

to own and grow our Odoo practice end-to-end.

This is a

strategic leadership role

, combining business, technical governance, and delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Own the overall success, profitability, and growth of the Odoo practice Act as the primary point of contact with Odoo (partner management & escalation) Define and enforce Odoo solution architecture and customization standards Oversee ERP implementations and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Approve project scope, commercials, and change requests Support presales activities (solutioning, high-level demos, estimations) Mentor consultants and ensure continuous skill development Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account growth

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in ERP or enterprise systems Proven experience leading ERP implementations (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) Strong understanding of business processes: Finance, Sales, Inventory, Operations Experience working with clients in Saudi Arabia Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL) is highly preferred Odoo certification is a strong advantage (or willingness to obtain)

Strong leadership and decision-making skills Ability to balance standardization vs customization Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic is a strong plus) Commercial awareness and profitability mindset Client-facing confidence at executive level
