Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ERP System Implementer with a strong accounting background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and improving ERP (Odoo) workflows while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of accounting and financial data.

This role requires a unique combination of practical accounting expertise, ERP system understanding (preferably Odoo 1618), and data analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and manage Odoo ERP modules, particularly Accounting, Inventory, Sales, and Purchasing.

Ensure all accounting entries, processes, and reports are accurate and ERP-compliant.

Coordinate with different departments to analyze operational needs and design efficient ERP workflows.

Perform testing, training, and onboarding of team members on ERP processes.

Analyze and reconcile financial and operational data using Excel and ERP reports.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any data inconsistencies or process issues in the ERP.

Support month-end/year-end closing, audit preparation, and VAT reporting through the ERP.

Collaborate with management to generate custom reports and performance dashboards.

Document ERP processes and propose improvements to increase automation and efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a trading or multi-company environment.

Hands-on experience in Odoo ERP (v16 to v18 preferred) including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Strong command of accounting principles, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning, formulas).

Ability to translate business and accounting needs into system workflows.

Good communication and training skills for working with end users and internal teams.

Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.

Preferred:

Experience with UAE/GCC VAT compliance.

Experience in inventory accounting and trading company operations.

Basic knowledge of SQL or Odoo Studio for report customization is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
