Position Summary

The Odoo ERP Technical Consultant will be responsible for the technical design, customization, development, and support of the Odoo ERP system. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and functional consultants to deliver efficient, scalable, and high-quality ERP solutions aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications within Odoo. Design, develop, and customize Odoo ERP modules (new and existing). Configure, integrate, and maintain Odoo applications with third-party systems. Develop and optimize Odoo-related databases, reports, workflows, and dashboards. Perform Odoo version upgrades, data migration, and system testing. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo modules and integrations. Provide technical support, guidance, and training to ERP end-users. Ensure Odoo ERP system performance, security, and scalability. Document technical processes, system customizations, and architecture. Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams for ERP implementation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum

5 years of experience

as an Odoo ERP Technical Consultant / Odoo Developer. Strong understanding of the

Odoo framework, ORM, API, and module development

. Proficiency in

Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb reports

. Experience with

Odoo integrations

and third-party applications. Knowledge of

Linux/Ubuntu server environment

and Odoo deployment. Familiarity with

Git

and version control tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.

AED 3,000 - 4,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
