We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer & Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the retail and distribution sector, with a strong background in Odoo ERP development, customization, and end-to-end implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules according to business needs.
- Lead full-cycle Odoo implementations including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and training.
- Integrate Odoo with other third-party systems used in retail and distribution.- Analyze business operations and provide ERP solutions to enhance productivity and workflow.
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for Odoo systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and user adoption.
Requirements:-
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Odoo, specifically in retail and distribution environments.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo architecture, workflows, and database structure.
- Proven track record of successful Odoo implementations.
- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and business process understanding.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Preferred Qualifications:- Odoo certification(s).
- Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and retail operational practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
