We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Odoo ERP Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions, with a strong focus on CRM, Accounting, and Ticketing modules. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality ERP solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Customization: Lead the implementation and customization of Odoo ERP modules, specifically CRM, Accounting, and Ticketing.
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert advice on Odoo ERP solutions.
System Configuration: Configure and optimize Odoo ERP modules to meet client needs.
Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to clients to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to the ERP system in a timely manner.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and user guides.
Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of custom solutions.
Requirement Analysis: Understand business needs and suggest suitable Odoo applications
Customization & Development: Modify existing features or develop new functionalities
Business Process Mapping: Design new workflows, suggest best practices, and eliminate inefficiencies
Ongoing Support: Provide continuous support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the system stays up to date
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business -Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation and customization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Odoo ERP modules, particularly CRM, Accounting, and -Ticketing. Strong understanding of Python and PostgreSQL.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications:
oOdoo Functional Consultant Certification: Validates expertise in Odoo's core modules, including Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, and Accounting
oOdoo Technical Consultant Certification: Demonstrates proficiency in Odoo development and customization
oProject Management Certification: PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
