Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.) as per requirements.
Work closely with developers to implement ERP solutions.
Prepare functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and user manuals.
Assist in testing, validation, and end-user training.
Support project management and ensure timely delivery of Odoo solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
Strong understanding of Odoo modules, workflows, and customization.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with project management or Agile methodology is a plus.
Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
