Job Description

Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for OBDX, collaborating with GTB Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technology teams.
- Utilize domain knowledge of Channel banking or similar banking platforms.
- Translate business requirements into documentation specific to vendor needs.
- Set up, manage, and validate vendor builds.
- Engage actively with product organization, anticipate roadblocks, and foster contributions from QA teams.
- Perform deployments, measure impacts, gather issue information, and coordinate resolutions with vendors.
- Analyze system issues, participate in root cause analysis, and help prioritize issue resolution.
- Support SIT, regression, performance tuning, and integration activities, including strategy and test case development.
- Assess impact of change requests on implemented products and facilitate production deployments.
- Support business and operations during various testing cycles, ensuring adherence to SLAs with vendors.
- Track and manage OBDX system performance and participate in technical and functional process optimization.
- Ensure technology projects receive appropriate approvals, meet architecture and audit requirements, and adhere to hardware sizing guidelines.
- Coordinate and deliver product training for business and operations users.
