Healthy Chef

About the Role:

Menu Development:

Innovating and creating exciting, balanced, and diverse menus that cater to various dietary preferences and health objectives (e.g., high-protein, low-carb, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, allergen-friendly, performance nutrition).

Food Preparation:

Expertly preparing and cooking high-quality, fresh, and nutritious meals, snacks, and beverages for our club's cafe, private dining, and special events.

Quality Control:

Ensuring all dishes consistently meet the highest standards of taste, nutritional integrity, presentation, and food safety.

Ingredient Sourcing:

Collaborating with management to source premium, fresh, and where possible, organic and locally-sourced ingredients.

Kitchen Management:

Maintaining an impeccably clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment in compliance with Dubai Municipality health and safety regulations.

Member Interaction (Optional but Preferred):

Potentially engaging with members to discuss dietary needs, offer culinary advice, or facilitate cooking demonstrations.

Inventory & Cost Control:

Managing inventory, minimizing waste, and contributing to cost-effective kitchen operations without compromising quality.
