Job Description
Applicants must be experienced Charge Nurse with DHA eligibility or a license. Responsibilities:
Contract length: 24 months Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
Must be Vaccinated Experience:
- Manage the nursing staff: You will be responsible for overseeing the work of other nurses and healthcare assistants. This includes delegating tasks, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that all staff members are working effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure patient care: You will be responsible for ensuring that patient care is delivered according to established protocols, standards, and policies. This includes monitoring patient care plans, providing feedback to staff, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Maintain a safe environment: You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff. This includes monitoring infection control measures, ensuring that equipment is properly maintained, and addressing any safety concerns.
- Assist with patient admissions and discharges: You will be responsible for coordinating the admission and discharge process for patients, which includes verifying insurance information, preparing patient rooms, and providing information to patients and families.
- Handle administrative tasks: You will be responsible for completing administrative tasks, such as maintaining patient records, ordering supplies, and preparing reports.
- Act as a liaison: You will be responsible for communicating with other healthcare providers, such as doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
- Mentor and train staff: You will be responsible for mentoring and training new staff members, providing ongoing education and professional development opportunities, and ensuring that staff members are up-to-date on the latest healthcare practices and policies.
