Our client in the Middle East are looking for a Nursing Supervisor

About the Role:

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead and manage a nursing unit within the division, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care and efficient unit operations. This is a 24/7 accountability role, demanding passion, leadership, and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of patient care, upholding established guidelines and protocols.
Manage staff performance, providing guidance, training, and support.
Develop and implement unit-level strategic plans, optimising budget and resources.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment for your team.
Champion quality improvement initiatives and patient safety practices.
Participate in educational activities and stay current with nursing advancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in nursing (Master\'s preferred)
Current RN license and relevant certifications
At least 7-9 years of clinical nursing experience (depending on degree)
Proven leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Commitment to quality improvement and patient safety
