MyCare Home Healthcare is a DHA-licensed provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort and safety of our clients' homes. As we expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced and capable Nursing Operations Manager to oversee clinical functions, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the overall strategic growth of the organization.

Role Overview:

The Nursing Operations Manager will lead the nursing department, ensuring excellence in patient care, staff performance, and adherence to internal protocols and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex operational workflows in a home healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure efficient management of all patient care services. Supervise, train, and support nursing staff in alignment with MyCare standards and DHA regulations. Develop and implement clinical protocols, nursing policies, and quality assurance measures based on best practices and Joint Commission International (JCI) guidelines. Coordinate nurse scheduling to ensure full coverage and compliance with labor laws, including rest days and working hours. Conduct regular performance evaluations and establish individual development plans for nursing staff. Collaborate with the Medical Director and interdisciplinary teams to maintain seamless coordination of care. Address patient feedback, resolve clinical concerns, and uphold high standards of service delivery. Lead efforts for accreditation, internal audits, documentation reviews, and continuous quality improvement. Remain up to date with healthcare laws, infection control practices, and innovations in home care services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter as a Registered Nurse is a Plus Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role Previous experience in home healthcare or community-based nursing is highly desirable In-depth knowledge of DHA standards, labor regulations, and JCI accreditation requirements Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is an advantage
