Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced

Nursing Manager

to lead our outpatient and day surgery services. The right candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor nursing teams to deliver outstanding patient care. Oversee daily operations of outpatient clinics and day surgery units. Ensure compliance with clinical standards, infection control, and safety protocols. Support accreditation and quality improvement initiatives (DoH, JCI). Collaborate with physicians and management to enhance patient experience. Foster a culture of teamwork, learning, and professional development.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Nursing

(Master's preferred). Minimum

2 years of nursing leadership experience

. Strong background in outpatient and/or day surgery care preferred. Experience with

infection control

or participation in

DoH/JCI audits

is an advantage. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

nursing: 4 years (Required) Nursing management: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
