The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role involves assessing patients' health needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and assisting in medical procedures while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients according to prescribed medical plans.
Monitor, record, and report patient symptoms, conditions, and progress.
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.
Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
Educate patients and families on health management, treatments, and post-care instructions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Participate in health promotion and disease prevention initiatives.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Registered Nurse License (as per country regulations).
Minimum [X] years of nursing experience (freshers may be considered based on requirements).
Strong clinical and assessment skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
Work Environment:
Hospital / Clinic / Healthcare Facility
Rotational shifts may be required (day/night/weekends).
