An Early Childhood Center in Dubai is currently seeking a highly motivated Early Childhood Education Teachers (English and Russian speakers) to inspire and be part of a great team. We are looking for candidates who possess relevant attested degree/qualifications in Teaching/Nursing/Childcare (Level 3 or above). Ideal candidates will have a nursery background and previous nursery/school experience, preferably with experience in implementing the British EYFS Curriculum or Russian Federal State Educational Standard. • Bachelor\'s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field /CACHE Level 3 (fully attested in the UAE and home country)
• Experience working with young children in a nursery or early childhood setting.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development theories, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Familiarity with UAE cultural values and an understanding of cultural diversity.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on the nursery\'s curriculum guidelines.
• Adapt lessons and activities to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual needs.
• Incorporate outdoor and nature-based learning experiences to promote environmental awareness and a connection with the natural world.
• Observe and assess children\'s progress, tracking their developmental milestones and maintaining accurate records.
• Provide individualized attention and support, addressing each child\'s unique learning style and needs
• Implement strategies to support children with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities or special educational requirements.
• Create a welcoming and organized classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration, engagement and independence.
• Establish and enforce age-appropriate rules and routines to ensure a safe and secure learning environment.
