Gemstones Nursery in Ajman is looking for a passionate Arabic-speaking Nursery Teacher with strong knowledge and experience in early childhood education and child development, particularly in supporting children with speech delay, behavioral, or emotional needs.

The ideal candidate is caring, patient, and creative -- able to deliver engaging lessons in Arabic while supporting each child's individual growth and confidence.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate Arabic activities that support children's communication and learning. Observe and track children's development, especially in language, emotional, and social skills. Provide gentle guidance for children with delayed speech or behavioral challenges. Work closely with parents and management to support each child's needs. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Participate in nursery events, workshops, and training sessions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field. Arabic fluency (spoken and written) is required; English understanding is an advantage. Minimum 2 years of experience in nursery or early years settings. Experience or training in speech, behavioral, or child emotional development is preferred. Knowledge of the British EYFS curriculum is an advantage. Must be based in Ajman or living nearby. CACHE Level 3 / Special Needs qualification (preferred)
