Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Full-Time English Teacher

who is also fluent in

Arabic

to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, a deep understanding of effective teaching methodologies, and the ability to communicate well with Arabic-speaking students.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to individuals and small groups. Customize lesson plans based on students' levels and goals. Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback on students' progress. Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment. Maintain accurate student records and attendance. Communicate regularly with administration and participate in team meetings. Encourage and motivate students to achieve their language goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (required). TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (preferred). Minimum of 1 year teaching experience (preferably in the UAE or Gulf region). Fluent in both

English

and

Arabic

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and classroom management abilities. Passionate about teaching and helping students succeed.
