Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Nursery Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a warm and stimulating educational environment for young children/ toddlers (age group 2 to 3 years) in the nursery program. Reporting directly to the Principal of Nursery, the Nursery Teacher will play a crucial role in fostering the early development of our youngest learners.

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with the nursery curriculum, focusing on the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of each child.

• Classroom Management: Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery. Manage daily routines and transitions effectively, ensuring a positive and engaging atmosphere.

• Individualized Care: Recognize and respond to the unique needs of each child, providing individualized attention and support as required. Foster a sense of security and trust in the classroom.

• Parent Communication: Establish and maintain open communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child\'s progress, development, and daily experiences. Conduct parent-teacher conferences as needed.

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other nursery teachers, support staff, and administrators to create a cohesive and integrated learning environment. Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

• Assessment and Documentation: Conduct ongoing assessments of each child\'s development and maintain accurate records. Document milestones, achievements, and areas for growth, and share this information with parents and relevant stakeholders.

• Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of nursery students at all times, following established protocols and guidelines. Implement health and safety practices in the classroom.

Qualifications:

• Qualification - B.A in education or equivalent cache level 3- Western education.
• At least 3 years of experience working as an early years\' education teacher or similar in a nursery or preschool setting is highly desirable. Min 1 year of experience teaching in FS -1 or FS-2. At least 1 to 2 years of experience should be gained in a UAE school setting.
• Passion for Montessori Education: A deep understanding and belief in the Montessori philosophy and its positive impact on children\'s development.
• Patience and Empathy: The ability to empathize with young children and create a nurturing and supportive environment for their growth.
• Strong Observational Skills: The capability to observe children\'s behavior, interests, and progress to adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Excellent Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
