We are seeking dedicated and experienced staff to work at our plant nursery farm. The ideal candidates should have knowledge and hands-on experience in plant care, production, and maintenance, with a strong background in UAE local plant varieties and growing conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in plant production, propagation, and nursery operations.
Perform regular watering, fertilization, and plant care activities.
Carry out plant cutting, pruning, and general maintenance.
Monitor plant health and apply basic treatments when required.
Ensure proper handling, potting, and arrangement of plants.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery area.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a plant nursery, landscaping, or farm environment.
Knowledge of local UAE plants and growing practices.
Ability to identify plant needs and provide proper care.
Physical ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred:
UAE local nursery/farm work experience.
Basic knowledge of plant diseases, pests, and treatment methods.
