The Role Nursery Manager We are seeking a fully-qualified Nursery Manager to lead the Specialist Early Years provision from August 2022, for ages 6-months to 3 years. Candidates need to be highly qualified and equipped to lead a specialist team catering to young learners, toddlers and babies and must demonstrate outstanding leadership and modelling. We are looking for someone who is passionate about early education, creative in their thinking and a student of learning. The successful candidate will also be adaptable, motivated by challenge and an excellent and engaging leader and teacher. The successful candidate must have a proven track record working with children ages 6-months to 3 years and a minimum of one year's experience as an Early Years Leader / Nursery Manager in a reputable pre-school / Nursery setting. • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, PGCE / QTS, or an equivalent
  qualification or Cache level
• Minimum 3 years experience as a nursery manager
• Extensive experience in Nursery / Pre-school setting with students ages 6-months to 3 years
• Successful proven experience as an effective Early Years / Nursery Leader
• Experience of using effective differentiation and assessment techniques
