Full We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nursery Manager. The Early Childhood Center offers babies to 6 years a Solid foundation for life-long learning. As a Manager you will be responsible to lead and manage the overall day-to-day academic and operational functions of the Nursery /Early Learning Center including delivering the vision of the group; recruitment, retention, and development of staff. Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities: The role of the Nursery Manager is to ensure all children attending Nursery receive high quality care, are kept safe and are provided with planned and stimulating play experiences which meet their individual needs and support all aspects of the curriculum. To plan and deliver effective management of the nursery, in accordance with the nursery operational plan, long term plan and self-evaluation requirements. (SEF). To ensure the nursery complies with all relevant legislation, plus KHDA, DM and DHA requirements. The role of Nursery Manager is a full-time position. It is ultimately the responsibility of the manager to ensure roles are assigned between all staff members to ensure and consistent management through the nursery and classrooms. The successful candidate will have Fluent in English (reading writing speaking) Arabic is a plus point Experience in early childhood care Bachelors in Education/Cache 3 or 5/Montessori Tech Savvy (Microsoft office/social media) A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or postgraduate qualification in Early Childhood Education or professional certification in leading Nurseries/ Early Childhood Centre (for example Level 5 vocational qualification) previous experience in an Early Childhood setting will be an added advantage.
