, is seeking to appoint an experienced and qualifiedNursery Manager
to join our growing team.Requirements:
Minimum of
4 years of proven experience
in managing a nursery or kindergarten.Bachelor's degree
in Education, Early Childhood Development, or Educational Administration. Strong knowledge ofADEK and Ministry of Education
regulations and compliance standards. Excellentorganizational and leadership skills
to manage staff and daily operations. Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills
with parents and team members. Proficiency inArabic and English
(spoken and written).Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all educational and administrative activities of the nursery. Maintain and enhance the
quality of teaching and child care
. Develop and implement strategic plans for nursery growth and improvement. Ensure allhealth, safety, and child protection policies
are strictly followed.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
