Kids First Group is currently seeking an outstanding Nursery Manager, to join our growing family for an immediate start. An ideal candidate will have the following: Qualification: \xc2\xb7 Cache Level 5, or University Degree in Early Years Education. Experience: . Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in nursery management. \xc2\xb7 Excellent leadership and English communication skills. Roles and Responsibilities include: . Health and Safety . Overseeing Curriculum Planning along with the Academic Manager. . Report writing, staff training, meeting set targets . . Ensuring the nursery is well maintained. \xc2\xb7 Passionate and committed. \xc2\xb7 Strong academic background, work ethic, well-organized having excellent interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Must have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communicators who can ignite a passion for learning in our students. \xc2\xb7 Able to make a significant contribution to our extra-curricular activities. \xc2\xb7 To be a good communicator at all levels. \xc2\xb7 Teamwork and collaboration. \xc2\xb7 Be committed to developing positive relationships with all members at the nursery. \xc2\xb7 Liaising with colleagues and working flexibly. \xc2\xb7 A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the nursery classroom. \xc2\xb7 Working with parents to ensure the happiness and best academic outcomes for all children.
