We are currently recruiting a Nursey/ PreSchool Teachers to join our team. Responsibilities include: Motivating and stimulating the children\'s learning abilities, often encouraging learning through experience Providing care and support to children; providing them with a secure environment to learn; devising and producing visual aids and teaching resources Organizing learning materials and resources, and making imaginative use of resources; assisting with the development of children\'s personal/social and language abilities Supporting the development of children\'s basic skills, including physical co-ordination, speech and communication Encouraging children\'s mathematical and creative development through stories, songs, games, drawing and imaginative play Developing children\'s curiosity and knowledge Sharing knowledge gained with other practitioners and parents Observing, assessing and recording each child\'s progress Ensuring the health and safety of children and staff is maintained during all activities, both inside and outside the nursery/school Keeping up to date with changes in the curriculum and developments in best practice Skills The ability to build good relationships with children, parents/careers and colleagues Commitment to equal opportunities The ability to work in a team but also to use your own initiative Organizational and time-management skills The ability to manage classes well and deal with challenging behaviour Excellent communication skills Patience and a good sense of humour Successful applicants will have: A B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent in Primary/EYFS teaching Early Years Degree or CACHE level 3 or 4. Exceptional subject knowledge Experience of working within a high performing teaching team A proven track record of providing outstanding teaching and learning At least 2 years of experience teaching Candidates must have previous experience working in a nursery as a teacher and must have their diploma certified and attested.
