Job Description
Qualifications & Skills required:
Bachelor's degree in nursing Valid nursing license in UAE by Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or Department of Health (DOH). Strong leadership and communication skills. Flexibility to handle emergencies and unexpected situations. Should have experience in ICU or NICU Department. Immediate joiner Any nationality
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ability to coordinate staff schedules and manage shifts Provide training and guidance to nursing and caregiving staff Ensure proper documentation and reporting of patient care activities. Support team in emergencies and critical situations Conduct patient reviews and maintain updated patient profiles Monitor staff performance and promote adherence to clinical standards Maintain clear communication between management, nurses, and patients
