Job Description
We are seeking a qualified
Head Nurse Supervisor
with at least3 years of experience
inaesthetic, dermatology, dental clinics, and hospital settings
inDubai
. The ideal candidate will manage the nursing team, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and support the delivery of high-quality patient care.Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols Train and support new nursing staff Liaise with doctors and administrators to ensure smooth workflow Monitor stock levels and report on performance
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Dubai Valid nursing license (preferably DHA) Fluent in both Arabic and English Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
