Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with hospital standards and healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support nursing staff Ensure safe, high-quality patient care Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance Coordinate with physicians and clinical teams Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures Address patient and family concerns professionally
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN); Master's preferred Valid RN license (DHA/MOH) 8+ years of nursing experience, including 2+ in leadership Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
