POSITION SUMMARYAccountable for the delivery of the full P&L of Vaccine category in North Africa: Tunisia, Morocco and Algeria
Leads and coaches the sales team to implement business strategies/tactics to achieve revenue targets
Leads, coaches and collaborates with the marketing team
Ensures that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and SOPs, Pfizer values, and global guidelines (including MAPP, FCPA), as appropriate.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESSets strategic long term vision for Pfizer in the category; obtain stakeholder and leadership buy-in and colleague engagement
Provide guidance and direction to marketing team to drive category portfolio management.
Develops strategies unique to the needs of the category to maximize the patient impact and the revenue for Pfizer
Develops comprehensive NIP strategy with relevant health authorities
Develops long term partnership with appropriate external stakeholders
IPA Cash collection
Drives execution of campaigns, PoAs, tactics and customer plans
Optimizes the profitability of the category by making active trade-off and resource allocation decisions
Leads and coaches a high performing team and develop colleagues in line with the Pfizer competency models
Reviews, designs and monitors the effectiveness of the Sales Team through KPIs
Collaboration and partnership with strategic partners in Pfizer to ensure services for the category are met
Ensures high standards of compliance to norms, policies, and procedures and instills a proactive compliance risk management culture throughout his/her direct team and the x-functional organization
Role models Pfizer breakthrough values with visible and inspirational leadership focused on compliance and integrity
A key member of the country leadership team contributing to the overall success of Pfizer in the cluster.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor degree required, Master's Degree preferred
10 years of diverse commercial experience & at leadership team level
